Upstream skill name: sentry. Current source is openai/plugins; the old openai/skills repository is deprecated. This skill uses a bundled Python API helper, not the older catalog version that uses a Sentry CLI. Skill-specific LICENSE.txt is Apache-2.0; the surrounding plugin manifest labels the plugin MIT, so the skill license is recorded separately. Token values must remain local.

Obtain the complete plugins/sentry/skills/sentry directory from the current openai/plugins repository, preserving its scripts and LICENSE.txt. For local Codex discovery, place the skill folder under a documented .agents/skills location, or use its Sentry plugin package.
